Founder & Chief Social Systems Strategist
A social systems thinker, management consultant and human capacity strategist dedicated to building stronger people, organisations and institutions across Africa. Njeri holds a Master's in Social Transformation from Tangaza University and an Advanced Diploma in Mental Health Practice from Amref International University. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and is a certified Suicide First Aider.
Co-Founder & Chief Research and Learning Strategist
A therapist, researcher, educator and leadership development specialist with over 20 years of clinical practice in family and couples therapy, expertise in psychology, learning systems and organisational development. Dr. Muguro leads ThinkTube Africa's research, learning and evidence-based practice, ensuring that all programmes are grounded in rigorous scholarship and practical application.
Strategic Communications — Media & Broadcast
One of East Africa's most experienced strategic communications practitioners, with over 25 years spanning broadcast management, institutional communications and media for development across Africa, Europe and Asia. He rose to Head of Productions at KTN — voted Best TV Producer in 1994 — before senior leadership at the Media Focus on Africa Foundation, overseeing media and development programmes across six African countries. He has advised UNDP in Afghanistan, led communication for Kenya's Ministry of Health throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, served as communication adviser to the office of the fourth President of Kenya, and supported the Judiciary's transformation programme. He holds an MA in Media and Corporate Communication and is a member of the Kenya Film and Television Professionals Association. At ThinkTube Africa, Mburugu leads the strategic communications practice.
Afri-Futurist — Strategic Foresight & Futures Design
One of Africa's foremost futurists — ranked among the continent's top seven female futurists by Ross Dawson — and founder of LongView Consult, Kenya's premier strategic foresight organisation. With a doctorate in Strategic Leadership and Strategic Foresight and 25 years of experience, she has facilitated futures work for the Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, Oxford University's Saïd Business School, the United Nations Futures Lab, the Kenya Senate and the Office of the President of Kenya. She is an adjunct lecturer at Strathmore University and a published researcher across more than a dozen thematic areas. At ThinkTube Africa, Katindi leads the futures and foresight practice.
