Our Programmes
ThinkTube Africa's programmes are designed to develop human capacity at the individual, family, school, organisational and institutional level. Every programme is evidence-based, Africa-centred and built for lasting impact.
Our core programmes map directly to the five pillars of human capacity. Each is available as a standalone engagement or as part of a broader transformation journey.
01 — Individuals
One-on-one and group coaching for individuals navigating career, leadership, purpose and personal growth. We help people develop clarity, resilience and the capacity to lead themselves and others well.
01 — Individuals
Structured learning in emotional resilience, self-awareness, social skills and managing psychological challenges. Four modules that build the inner capabilities needed to thrive in a complex world.
02 — Families
Practical tools and evidence-based frameworks to help families strengthen communication, resolve conflict, build empathy and develop the routines and shared values that hold families together across generations.
02 — Families
A programme for families and individuals to develop a culture of intentional rest and recreation — travel, reading, nature, culture — that strengthens bonds and replenishes the capacity to live and work well.
03 — Schools
A comprehensive school engagement covering student emotional wellbeing, teacher professional development, school leadership capacity and structured parent engagement. Built to create learning environments where every student can thrive.
04 — Organisations
Strategy, culture and leadership development for businesses navigating growth, change or transformation. We help leadership teams build trust, align culture with strategy and develop the internal capability to sustain high performance.
05 — Institutions
Systems-level engagement for governments, healthcare institutions, universities and development organisations. We strengthen governance, leadership capability, organisational effectiveness and the internal systems that enable institutions to serve the public well.
Africa's youth are not just the future — they are the present. Our three named youth programmes provide age-appropriate, evidence-based support at every stage of development.
Ages 3–6 · Early Childhood
Nurturing the emotional health of nursery and early primary-aged children through play-based and therapeutic activities. We help young children name their feelings, build emotional vocabulary and develop the social foundations that will shape their relationships for life.
Ages 12–19 · Adolescence
Equipping adolescents and their caregivers with the tools to handle the unique pressures of modern teenage life — identity, peer relationships, digital wellness, risk awareness and the transition to adulthood. Designed for both young people and the adults who support them.
Ages 18–30 · Young Adulthood
Critical guidance and support for young adults stepping into the most consequential decisions of their early lives — career, relationships, finances, identity and personal purpose. Life Launchpad prepares young Africans to navigate their twenties with confidence, clarity and intentionality.
Some of our work goes beyond service delivery. These initiatives reflect ThinkTube Africa's commitment to building communities of growth — through media, research and long-term social impact.
A media platform for African youth exploring relationships, life skills, identity and purpose. Boomerang creates the conversations that matter — accessible, relatable and grounded in real African experience.
A structured programme supporting parents at the critical developmental transitions in their children's lives — equipping them with practical knowledge and emotional tools to be the parents their children need at every stage.
A dedicated initiative walking alongside boys and young men — building identity, emotional capacity, mentorship and positive masculinity for the next generation of grounded African men.
