About ThinkTube Africa

Who We Are

ThinkTube Africa is a human capacity and systems transformation consultancy. We help individuals, families, schools, organisations and institutions develop the people, leadership and systems that create lasting impact across Africa.

Our Story

ThinkTube Africa was founded on a simple but profound conviction: that Africa's greatest resource is not oil, land or minerals. It is people. And when people are equipped with the emotional, relational and leadership capabilities to thrive, everything around them changes.

We began as a platform for psychoeducation and mental wellness — helping individuals and families understand their emotions, build healthier relationships and navigate the pressures of modern African life. That work was — and remains — vital.

But over time, something became clear. The challenges we were being asked to address were larger than any single discipline could solve. Schools needed more than student counselling. Organisations needed more than team-building. Governments and institutions needed more than policy — they needed the human capacity to implement it.

So we evolved. ThinkTube Africa today is a human capacity and systems transformation organisation — integrating psychology, leadership, management consulting, research and social systems thinking to address complex human challenges at every level of society.

The heart has not changed. The scope has grown to match the need.
