What we believe

We aspire to be the leading provider of mental wellness services in East and Central Africa, focusing on offering emotional support and counselling, marriage and family counselling, addictions and substance abuse support, corporate programs, and workplace support. We believe that all individuals are inherently good and can achieve their full potential with a bit of a psychological nudge.

Our Focus Areas

Self-awareness
Knowing who we truly are helps us make sound decisions in life. With self-awareness, we can reduce errors in interactions and decision-making
Without self-knowledge, we're vulnerable to making mistakes and setting misguided goals. However, with self-awareness, we can reduce errors in our interactions with others and in making crucial decisions. We offer a variety of tools designed to help unlock and explore the more elusive parts of our minds.
Relationships
Love and communication are skills that need to be learned. With understanding and practice, we can build meaningful relationships
Navigating relationships can be challenging, and many struggle to establish lasting connections. Remember, love and communication are skills to be learned and practiced, not just feelings that magically appear. With time, understanding, and practice, we can improve at building meaningful relationships
Meaningful Leisure
We understand that after long workdays, it can be hard to find the energy or ideas to enjoy our free time
We offer a range of products and services designed to enhance your leisure activities, whether it's travel, reading, culture, or nature, ensuring you make the most of the precious moments you have to yourself
Work
Many of us find it challenging to discover the right job or, if we've found it, to maximize the many hours we invest in our work
Through self-assessment and life skills training, we encourage you to explore vital questions about yourself—what you know, what drives you, and what more you can discover—unlocking both personal and professional development
